Send Personal generates personalized email content using AI and writes it to your Klaviyo customer profiles. You provide access to your Klaviyo account, configure your brand voice and automation settings, and we generate content based on each customer's data.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must have authorization to connect the Klaviyo account you use with Send Personal. You're responsible for reviewing generated content before it reaches your customers.
Your first 1,000 personalizations are free. After that, you're charged $0.005 per profile personalized. Usage is tracked per profile processed. We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.
Content generated by Send Personal is yours. We don't claim ownership over personalized email copy written for your customers. You're responsible for reviewing content and ensuring it complies with applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
Send Personal generates content using AI. While we work hard to produce high-quality, on-brand output, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or off-tone. You should review content before sending it to your customers. We're not liable for the performance of emails sent using our generated content.
You can stop using Send Personal at any time. There are no contracts or commitments. If you disconnect your Klaviyo account, we remove your API key and stop processing. Personalized content already written to your Klaviyo profiles stays there — that's in your Klaviyo account, not ours.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
